1st Course:

  • Beer – Mosaic Sunset Barrel Aged “Caribbean Style I.P.A”
  • Pairing – Charred Salmon, Dancing Monk Whole Grain Mustard & Brown Sugar Glaze, Mosaic Hop Dust, Ethiopian Spice Blend, and Sprouthead Pea Shoots.

2nd Course:

  • Beer – Belgian Bonk Barrel Aged Dubble Delight
  • Pairing – Slow Smoked Brisket, Humboldt Fog Cheese, Dubble Reduction, Scratch Pizza Crust, and Micro Spicy Radish Melange.

3rd Course:

  • Beer – Rye Whiskey Hop Rye Barrel Aged
  • Pairing – High Spiced North Georgia Jerked Chicken, Barley Risotto, Buffalo Trace Rye Infused Caramelized Mango and Pineapple Pico De Gallo.

4th Course:

  • Beer – “Cherry Bomb” Strong Ale Barrel Aged
  • Pairing – Duo Plate – House Cured Duck Confit, Pam’s Crostini, Benton’s Bacon & Chipotle Aioli/ Prosciutto Curl, Green Pea Tendrils, and Mischievous Cheddar Aioli.

5th Course:

  • Beer – Mischievous Solstice Ole World Ale Barrel Aged
  • Pairing – Dark Chocolate Bread Pudding Ball, House Whipped Cream, Drunken Cherries and Blood Orange Zest.
